Shipping policy
4.1 Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India. Orders to remote, hilly, or island territories (including parts of the North-East, Andaman & Nicobar, and Lakshadweep) may have extended delivery timelines or limited serviceability. Please check pin code serviceability at checkout.
International shipping is not available at this time.

These are estimated timelines and may vary during peak seasons (Diwali, Holi, year-end), weather disruptions, or logistics partner constraints. TJC is not liable for delays caused by logistics partners once the order has been dispatched.
4.4 Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders across India, with no minimum order value. No shipping charges will be applied at checkout.
Bulk B2B orders: Shipping terms are agreed separately as part of the B2B quotation and purchase order process.
4.5 Logistics Partners
We work with reputed logistics partners including but not limited to Delhivery, Shiprocket, Blue Dart, and DTDC. The logistics partner assigned to your order will be communicated in the dispatch confirmation. TJC reserves the right to use the most appropriate courier based on delivery location and order weight.
4.6 Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email and mobile number. You can track your order in real time through the courier partner's website or app using the AWB (Air Waybill) number provided. For marketplace orders, tracking is available directly on the respective platform (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
4.7 Failed Delivery & RTO (Return to Origin)

If your order arrives in a visibly damaged condition, please do not accept the delivery without documenting the damage. Take photographs/video at the time of delivery and raise a complaint with us within 24 hours at support@sangeetaconsumergoods.com. Refer to Section 3 (Refund & Return Policy) for the claims process.
4.9 Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery addresses at the time of placing the order. TJC is not liable for non-delivery or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at orders@thejaggerycompany.com before the order is dispatched.
